Questions
When am I actually charged?
Never during the 30-day trial. Stripe automatically charges your card on day 31 unless you cancel before then — no separate step needed on your end.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep access until the trial ends and are never charged.
What happens if I go over my plan's capture limit?
We never drop a lead over a limit — you'll see a warning in the dashboard and can upgrade whenever it makes sense.
